Mountain Star Management began in 2021 as an expansion of Andrea's design, music business, and social media marketing freelance side hustle. After securing more long-term contract work, she founded Mountain Star Management, giving the business a name that played on her vision of achieving growth and recognition for her clients. Mitch Valle worked in the events industry as a long-time employee of a convention center and concert venue and with his help and operations management experience, Mountain Star Management produced a weekly open mic, a blues Friday concert series, local underground showcases and more! All the while, they were still working on creative services, event promotion, and social media marketing for several clients. When Andrea was hired as a full-time marketing coordinator in Colorado Springs, the business had to be put mostly on hold while she cleared her plate for her new role. The fall of 2023 came and went, and in the spring, Andrea and Mitch found out they were pregnant with their first child! With Andrea shifting to remote work, Mountain Star Management now focuses less on going out to manage events, and more on services like consultation, design, and social media marketing. With a new set of opportunities, Mountain Star Management moves forward, holding strong to the values it was founded on. Andrea has a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Anthropology, as well as certificates in Adobe visual design, Music Business, and Social Media Marketing. With expertise in many areas and a desire to learn, she is a resourceful and effective visionary. Her love of logistics enhances her ability to organize and implement innovative plans to help an idea grow into reality. With 15 years of performance experience and a resume in music business that includes events from a local to international level, her decision to start Mountain Star Management seemed like a natural step to utilize her knowledge and abilities to help others.

Mitch has over 18 years of stagehand and backstage management experience, 20 years of performance experience as a drummer, and is an expert of audio/visual and event operations. He is the one who provides behind-the-scenes insight for all of the events we work with. Besides working with Mountain Star Management, he is also a manager at our local convention center and Memorial Hall, the best entertainment venue in Pueblo, Colorado.
